All our jobs are customised as per the customers’ requirements. Any defects or problems in the job should be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. It is mandatory that the client sends back the entire lot at his own expense within a span of 6 days. Only when we are satisfied with the reasons of rejection we shall reprint the job along with the original turnaround time.However in some cases we may allow a partial or full refund if the job hasn’t been printed.In such circumstances the amount will be adjusted taking into consideration the merchant bank fees and and credit/debit card fees.The fact that you have made an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve your liability towards Printhub. As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular printed items or to cancel the order with you does not affect your liability towards Printhub.
