The website www.printhubcards.com is the sole Property of PRINTHUB, a sole proprietorship, located at 85, modi street, fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra. www.printhubcards.com is herein referred to as Printhub. By using this website you are bound to the term and conditions laid below also making it an unconditional agreement to follow the rules and regulations. Printhub reserves the right to make changes to these rules and regulations at any given point of time without giving any prior notice.

Bypassing this page, your use of this website still binds to you the rules and regulations mentioned in the agreement.

We therefore would like you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website. 

Our Obligation:

On the terms and conditions being complied with by the user shall allow user to access and use the Website and the services.

Printhub reserves the right to modify the structure, content or any other aspect of the Website and/or the services, and may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website and/or the service at any time without notice or any liability to user or any person. shall have complete rights, title interest & discretion to make changes or additions over the features, functions and other terms and conditions on which the Website and the service is made available.

Printhub has no obligation to provide any training or other support in relation to the use or operation of the Website and/or services provided therein.

Printhub has full rights over the information provided at the time of Registration and the user irrevocably acknowledges the entitlement of to utilise the same as per the terms and conditions / privacy policy.

Registration:

In order to use the services of our website you need to register yourself with us. On approval of your registration you shall be granted access to the website by using your log in id and password.

 The use of this website is only limited to printers, stationers and designers and people affiliated to the printing field. Printhub reserves the right to admission.

 The password should be changed mandatorily after the first login. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.

You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations. Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity.

 You agree that you will not use the Site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libellous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. Printhub may terminate its service to customers found to be using www.printhubcards.com to engage in undesirable activities.

 Payment

The payment can be done via credit card, debit card,net banking, upi or using our deposit wallet . However it is mandatory to make full and final payment while submitting the job. All our prices are In INR-Indian national Rupee. It is understood that the party has submitted a request for purchase of printed material and the user agrees that the prices which include transportation and handling cost shall be automatically charged to their credit/debit card with secured and suitable and approved payment methods. No changes shall be done once the job has been submitted and the payment has been made.

Refund Policy:

All our jobs are customised as per the customers’ requirements. Any defects or problems in the job should be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. It is mandatory that the client sends back the entire lot at his own expense within a span of 6 days. Only when we are satisfied with the reasons of rejection we shall reprint the job along with the original turnaround time.However in some cases we may allow a partial or full refund if the job hasn’t been printed.In such circumstances the amount will be adjusted taking into consideration the merchant bank fees and and credit/debit card fees.The fact that you have made an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve your liability towards Printhub.  As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular printed items or to cancel the order with you does not affect your liability towards Printhub.

Colour accuracy:

In order to provide jobs /printed material at very affordable rates we gang print our jobs. However gang printing has its limitation when it comes to colour reproduction. We will try our best to provide you with the best possible output but we don’t guarantee the accuracy of the colour owing the neighbouring job’s colour requirement. By placing an order we understand that the customer has agreed to the risks and limitations involved in gang run printing.

Colour reproduced on different Media will show different results. For e.g.  Colours printed on coated papers will differ from uncoated papers due to the inherent properties of that particular media.

By placing an order it is understood that you are aware of this limitation.

Matt/Gloss lamination and spot UV will cause a slight change in the actual printed colours. Printhub is not liable for any such change in the appearance of the card.

No liability of Errors:

Printhub is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons :Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Cracks on Folds, Finished Product Size. Printhub does not make any changes on customer files.

Quantity:

Due to the nature of this kind of printing the final quantity may vary up to +/- 3%.We do not guarantee the exact quantity but we guarantee the quantity will be within our specified range.

Artwork files:

All files sent to us are checked thoroughly buy our Pre press team. However 100 percent of the responsibility of the file still lies with the customer. It is important that the customer sends us files in a suitable file format and following all guidelines and specifications specified by us. Do not use complicated and one of a kind transparencies. We are not responsible for any kind of loss of image, text or texture. It is binding that the customer sends us a fresh file even if he/she has printed the same job earlier with us.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We will refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

Inkjet Proofs Variation

Inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. We offer quick turnaround and low prices by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printed sample. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices,and film-based proofs

Maintenance of Electronic Manuscripts/Images

It is the user's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. Printhub is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the user or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the user. It is specifically understood that Printhub does not maintain your work for longer than it takes to produce the final print.

 Right to Subcontract:

 Printhub shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor/ Franchisee without reference to the user.

Turnaround Period:

Turnaround period shall commence from the time we have received accurate print ready files from the customer end along with the payment. However files received after 4 pm shall be considered for the next day. All our products have different turnaround period .It is advised that the customer checks the individual jobs turnaround period before sending us the file for printing. We are closed on Sundays and holidays. These days should not be considered as Working days.

In addition, while Production Turnaround includes printing, cutting, and packing, it does not include design, mailing, or shipping transit times, and you should allow additional business days for delivery.

Printhub will not be responsible for shipping-related costs on orders that do not go out by the due date.

Shipping:

All our orders are shipped using reputed shipping partners. Please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by the courier service provider.

Shipping transit times vary, and Printhub assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, weather, the breakdown of equipment, illness.

Our liability and responsibility is only limited to preparing and printing your order. Printhub assumes no responsibility for damages occurred during shipping.

Others:

It is understood that the jobs/artwork sent by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any conflict arising out of the use of these artwork shall not be binding upon Printhub and the customer shall defend and hold Printhub Harmless in any suit or court action arising due to the customers artwork.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and those terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") between you and each Covered Party relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

(a) These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law in force for the time being in Mumbai, India (without regard to its conflict of law rules).

(b) Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, and the courts competent to determine appeals from those courts, with respect to any proceedings that may be brought at any time relating to these
