Turnaround period shall commence from the time we have received accurate print ready files from the customer end along with the payment. However files received after 4 pm shall be considered for the next day. All our products have different turnaround period .It is advised that the customer checks the individual jobs turnaround period before sending us the file for printing. We are closed on Sundays and holidays. These days should not be considered as Working days.

In addition, while Production Turnaround includes printing, cutting, and packing, it does not include design, mailing, or shipping transit times, and you should allow additional business days for delivery.

Printhub will not be responsible for shipping-related costs on orders that do not go out by the due date.

All our orders are shipped using reputed shipping partners. Please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by the courier service provider.

Shipping transit times vary, and Printhub assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, weather, the breakdown of equipment, illness. Our liability and responsibility is only limited to preparing and printing your order. Printhub assumes no responsibility for damages occurred during shipping.
